Stainless Steel Rebar Cap - Laser Marked - 1 1/2" top
Made from 304 stainless
designed to fit 1/2" and 5/8" rebar

our patented locking tabs will either lock onto the rebar or be very difficult to remove depending on the rebar.
unlike aluminum or plastic stainless will not give easily when being placed onto the rebar. consider using a rebar driver or cut the rebar off after pounding into the ground, so the rebar is not mushroomed allowing the cap to be easily installed.
1 1/2" disc is welded to the top of the cap. We recently introduced our new laser weld that does a complete 360 deg weld around the base of the cap. This provides an extemly strong weld that does not use any filler materials.

Finally decided to ditch the cheap plastic caps and chose the 1 1\2" laser etched stainless stee rebar caps l and I couldn't be happier. Every surveyor should use these and forget the plastic one for property corners. Far superior and look damned nice and far far more durable. You do get ehat you pay for.
