    Cap fits rebar but too small for listed steel pipe.

    The 3/8" plastic rebar cap is advertised as usable on 1/2" steel/iron pipe. False ! The cap is extremely loose, having an outside diameter of 0.596" whereas the inside diameter of 1/2" sch. 40 steel pipe is 0.622", a difference of 0.026". I have spoke with Zachary and he is sending me some rubber sleeves to tighten the fit.

    Your rebar cap is outstanding. It also clearly states that it fits a 3/8" rebar. However my problem is that the shaft is to small for 1/2" ID pipe. Most caps this size are made to fit over rebar, in Iron Pipe. Yours are to slim. They are well made.
