I recently placed an order for plastic rebar caps. Unfortunately, there was an error in Bathey's setup and the entire lot arrived with a misspelling. I called the same day and they fixed it no cost with delivery of the correction within 3 days. Alex even wrote a note apologizing on behalf of the company. The product is great and I will definitely order more again soon.

Love our personalized markers!
We tried some expensive permanent type markers, about 10.00 each. My wife ordered these personalized caps for 1/2" rebar. I was able to make a make a marker for about 1.00 total. Now we can mark all of the lines on our residence and hunting property. Great deal for a very nice product.
